The Del Norte Child Care Council is a private nonprofit corporation following applicable state and federal regulations. The Council is audited on an annual basis by an independent certified public accountant. Donations and contributions to Del Norte Child Care Council are tax deductible. Funding is provided by the California Department of Education, Del Norte County Department of Social Services, Del Norte Superior Court, Administrative Offices of the Courts, F5 Del Norte, fees for services and private contributions. We invite you to join with us to serve Del Norte County children and families.
The Board of Directors sets policy and provides general direction for the Del Norte Child Care Council. Members bring to the board experience in the areas of education, law, counseling, social services, child care and community involvement. The board meets once a month, and members of the community are welcome to attend.

DNCCC is overseen by a Board of Directors. The members of the Board volunteer their time and expertise to ensure that the programs and services provided are in accordance with the Council's mission. Without their dedication and commitment, DNCCC would not exist.
Board Members:
Board of Directors Meetings are open to the public and are held the 4th Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Conference Room, unless otherwise posted. Beginning in August of 2007 meetings will be on the 3rd Thursday of the month.
