Toasted Pumpkin Seeds- Gather the ingredients:
1 Large Pumpkin ¼ Cup Oil Salt - Cut the top off a large pumpkin. Scoop out the seeds.
- Wash the seeds. Dry them overnight on paper towels.
- Heat oil in frying pan. Fry seeds until golden.
- Drain seeds on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with salt and eat!
