Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
  1. Gather the ingredients:
    1 Large Pumpkin
    ¼ Cup Oil
    Salt
  2. Cut the top off a large pumpkin. Scoop out the seeds.
  3. Wash the seeds. Dry them overnight on paper towels.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan. Fry seeds until golden.
  5. Drain seeds on paper towels.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and eat!
