CPSC, Radio Flyer Inc. Announce Recall of Toddler Walker Wagon
Hazard: The tips of the clickers, which make a clicking sound when the Walker Wagon wheels move, can break off. The broken clickers pose a choking or aspiration hazard to young children.
Description: The recalled wooden Walker Wagon has a push handle and removable wooden stake sides. It is 22-inches long, 12-inches wide and 16 ˝-inches high at the top of the handle. The Walker Wagon body is red and has the name “Radio Flyer” in white lettering on each side. The recalled Walker Wagons have black plastic clickers that make a clicking sound when the plastic wheels turn. The clickers are located between the rear wheels and the wagon. The Walker Wagon is intended for children 1 to 4 years old. The Walker Wagons with clear plastic clickers are not included in this recall.

CPSC, Target Announce Recall of Children’s Toy Trucks
Hazard: Small parts could break off the truck, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Description: The recall includes four-piece "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel" Truck sets. Various trucks sold in the sets include a combination of fire trucks, oil trucks, vegetable trucks, sanitation trucks, tow trucks and box trucks. Writing on the trucks includes, "EMERGENCY" or " CITY SERVICE." The words "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel Truck" and the item number 204 02 0838 are written on the packaging

CPSC, Pokémon USA Announce Recall of Pokémon Plush Toys
Hazard: The stuffing of the toy may contain tips of sewing needles which could pose a puncture hazard. Description: The recall involves 10 "Pokédoll" plush toy characters including Pikachu, Minun, Plusle, Skitty, Evee, Munchlax, Mew, Ho-Oh, and Lugia. Pikachu comes in a 12-inch and a 6-inch tall version. All of the other characters are approximately 6-inches tall. They have a sewn-in label that reads: "Pokémon Center ©2005 Pokémon /Nintendo /Creatures/ GAME FREAK" on one side and "2005 MADE IN CHINA" on the other.

CPSC, CSK Auto Announce Recall of Aqua Water Scooters
Hazard: Hydrogen gas can build up in the battery compartment and cause the battery cover and the battery package to forcefully expel from the product, posing a risk of injury to the user or bystanders.
Description: The Aqua Water Scooter is a hand-held, battery-powered product used to propel swimmers through the water. The product has either a yellow or red plastic enclosure, a black plastic handle and propeller and a shark face on the front.

CPSC, Prestige Toy Corp. Announce Recall of Spinning Water Teethers
Hazard: The plastic spinner in the center of the teether can break, causing small beads to fall out. This poses a choking hazard to young children.
Description: The water-filled teether is bright green or blue with a green and blue plastic butterfly or turtle in the center, which spins around. The spinner contains small beads which produce a rattling sound. They have Style #47447 (butterfly) and #47448 (turtle) written on the packaging.
