Find assistance through the

What is the Centralized Eligibility List?
The Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) is a list of families in need of free or low cost child care in Del Norte County. Whether you are looking for center based child care, a family child care home, or your child care provider is a friend or relative, the CEL is your one stop to access all programs. All local child care and development programs in Del Norte County that receive funding from the California Department of Education will fill vacancies by pulling names from the CEL.
