The Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) is a list of families in need of free or low cost child care in Del Norte County. Whether you are looking for center based child care, a family child care home, or your child care provider is a friend or relative, the CEL is your one stop to access all programs. All local child care and development programs in Del Norte County that receive funding from the California Department of Education will fill vacancies by pulling names from the CEL. By placing your family information on the CEL, you have the opportunity to access all publicly funded programs for which you qualify Special Invitation for Parents and Caregivers Del Norte Child Care Council
Meal Spacing
Breakfast – Before 9:00am Lunch – Between 11:00am & 1:30pm Dinner – Between 4:00pm & 7:00pm Snacks – 2 hours spacing between a snack and a meal. (Example: breakfast at 8:45am, morning snack at 10:45am, lunch at 12:45pm) Infants may be fed according to their own schedule. If no snacks are served, three hours must elapse between meals. DNCCC Donations - Opportunity for Giving Please send checks to: Donate Online by Credit Card! One of the newest ways to support the Council is to contribute to the Del Norte Child Care Fund that has been established in the Wild Rivers Community Foundation. Principle contributions will generate interest to support the activities and services to children in the Wild Rivers Ccommunity. To make contributions to the fund contact the Wild Rivers Community Foundation at 879 J Street, Suite I, Crescent City CA 95531, 707-281-6262. Volunteers are always needed for a variety of jobs at DNCCC. Contact us to share your time and talents.
