Start from top to bottom.- Begin by cleaning ceiling fans and light fixtures.
- Wash windows and window sills inside and out.
- Vacuum or wash draperies and mini-blinds.
- Wash throw rugs, blankets and bed covers.
- Move and vacuum under furniture.
- Wash down kitchen cabinets with wood soap or oil.
- Use bleach solution to wipe down diaper-changing areas.
- Check and clean air filters and vents.
- Replace smoke detector batteries.
- Refurbish any broken or missing parts on play equipment.
- Clean cobwebs inside and out of your facility.
- Clean carpets.
- Spruce up your child care facility with a fresh coat of paint or decorative borders!
