Banana Rolls
    Ingredients:
  • 4 slices of wheat bread
  • 4 teaspoons of natural honey (for children over 1 yr only)
  • 2 teaspoons of jam
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a roller to flatten the bread slices and cut off the crust. Spread half a teaspoon of honey and a half teaspoon of jam on one side of bread. Place half a banana in the center of each slice of bread and wrap the bread around it making sure the fold faces down. Place the rolls on a cooking sheet. Melt the butter and pour it over the rolls. Cook the rolls until the bread is crispy and the bananas is warm and creamy for approximately 15 minutes. Sprinkle the powder cinnamon on the rolls before serving. Serves four.
