It is divided into 3 sections: First Foods, Food for Toddlers and Family Meals. Each section has a comprehensive introduction. The introduction to First Foods covers weaning to solids and introducing solid foods, equipment, food preparation and hygiene. This section features stages of recipes based on developmental levels. Recipes include numerous purees, mashed and soft foods and recipes children can feed themselves. There are preparation tips, a section on picky eaters, microwave hints and finger foods. The Toddler section has further information to cope with fussy eaters and basics for a balanced diet. Eating together and table manners sections start off the Family Meals section. Recipes are colorful and appealing: Apple and Orange Custard, Fish Shaped Tuna Cakes, Potato Boats, Ham Salad Clown, Fish Stick Log Cabins and Bread Animals.
