First 5 School Readiness Program offers parents of children ages 0-5 a FREE portfolio which contains important information on your child’s health and safety, growth and development, family support to help to prepare your child for school, and various other resources available to your family.

It is never too early to prepare your child for school. This portfolio will provide you with tools to start your child on the road to success, and the School Readiness Advocates are available for you at any time!
